Daging Bumbu BacemBahan :- Daging sapi 250 gram -- Madu 50 gram -- Air/air kelapa 750 ml -- Daun salam 2 lembar -- Lengkuas 2 cm, memrakan -- Minyak goreng 250 ml -Bumbu halus :- Bawang putih 3 siung -- Bawang merah 3 butir -- Ketumbar 1 sdt -- Air asam 1 sdt -- Gula merah sisir 1 sdm -- Garam secukupnya -Cara membuat :1. Potong daging arah lawan serat setebal 5 mm - 1 cm.2. Pukul-pukul daging
